Gel Press Has a New Team

Hi, I am one of the new Designers to join the New Gel Press team, and I am very excited to share the news here.

So who or what is Gel Press?  Gel Press is the new brand name of those gel printing plates.  The Company that makes them is called Polygel.  They make the original gel mono printing plate for which they have the patent.

Years ago the formula was made under a private label for another company.... Now, that same company is having its plates made elsewhere and with another source.  The company Polygel really believes  in its product and its quality.  So Polygel launched Gel Press to keep the quality plate they know performs well, in the market and available to consumers.

Polygel is the manufacturer and can offer the Gel Press to retailers and their customers with a significant price advantage.

Note I am a Designer for this company now and wish to let my readers have accurate information.

How to Make Colouring Pages #LoveSpringArt C.A.C

Here is how you can make your very own colouring pages!  Caught the adult colouring craze?  Want to make some unique pages to color?  Well, today is your lucky day.  Check out this video I made (Click on the title above or Link below) over on my youtube channel on just how easy it is to make some colouring pages of your very own.  Yes, even if you don't think you can draw.

All you need is some paper, a pencil, a permanent ink pen, an eraser, and a stencil or two.  This is a good way to find another use for those scrapbooking stencils you still have somewhere in your stash.  I know some of you have those, as I have some myself.  It's easy and fun.

While you are over at Youtube please subscribe to my channel and use the hashtag #LoveSpringArt to see MORE Spring themed inspired creative content videos.

*The Tombow products I used and mention in the video were purchased by me prior to becoming an Ambassador for Tombow.  If you would like to purchase similar products you can do so by checking out the www.Tombowusa.com site.

How To Make Valentine's Embellishments from Scraps

How to Valentine's day mini flags for card making and other paper crafts.

Today I have a super easy and quick how to in video and here on my blog to share with all of you.
oh, yes, it's a money saver too!  That's right here's a way to use up some packaging that normally ends up in the recycling bin (hopefully you recycle).

These flag pins are made with the pretty bands that depict the decorative tape rolls that are sold at the Dollar Stores.  Other similar product packaging may have these too.  Just take a look at the packaging and maybe there is something worth recycling into a nearly free embellishment.

To make these I used some pins with plastic bead heads that came in a sewing kit I had.  I used my Sticker maker as it is what was on my work table at the time, and it is a super easy way to add double sided adhesive with very little waste.  I also make these embellishments with other adhesives and it works just fine.
